Jacuzzi Tubs in Hotel rooms Dallas TX

Wow. Before we get to the Heart Shaped Jacuzzi Tubs (technically it’s a Whirlpool Tub), the Sterling Hotel in Dallas as of February 2015 was rated #165 out of 191 Dallas rated and reviewed hotels on Tripadvisor. To top it off, if you venture over to their website (as of early September 2013) it seems as if someone forgot to renew the domain. Not good. But, it was also reported that as of August 2013 the hotel is going under renovations. Renovations for the website, too, I guess.

No Big Surprises Here

It doesn’t surprise me that the reviews are not good. There are a lot of people who would choose not to stay here because of that fact. If you are looking for a Dallas upscale hotel with Jacuzzi in room this will not be it. If this is the case, you might want to take a look at the in room Jacuzzi North Dallas Hyatt Regency. However, there are also a number of people who still like this Dallas Hotel and since it is one of the few hotels in Dallas offering an in-room whirlpool tub (and it’s heart shaped to boot) for your enjoyment, I felt it necessary to bring to your attention.

Budget Friendly Jacuzzi Suite Dallas Hotel

The Dallas Sterling Hotel is also perfect as a budget friendly option. The good news is it was reported back in the spring of 2013 that they were under new management. It may be that after some time things will get better.

So, let’s take a look. The Sterling Hotel Dallas Honeymoon Suite provides you with a whirlpool tub (Tip: The jets in a whirlpool are stronger than Jacuzzi jets). In the suite you will find 1 bedroom with one of the few 2 Person Heart Shaped Whirlpool Tub Hotel in Dallas. To make it extra romantic you can arrange for the Honeymoon suite to have a small sound system to set the mood with music. You can also arrange for candles, champagne on ice and rose petals leading to the whirlpool tub. If you add breakfast for 2 to complete the package, voila! A romantic setting! The comfy Egyptian bedding is a plus.

Other amenities include a garden outdoor pool, public spa tub, cable TV, coffee and tea makers as well as iron/ironing boards. The fitness facility and sports bar as well as free parking, free Wi-Fi and free airport transportation makes it a well-rounded, budget friendly, place to stay.

Always check with the hotel directly to request the honeymoon suite here. They are limited. Rooms on the 7th floor have been remodeled. The pool has been re-plastered. Rooms away from the elevators are quieter. The suites are spacious. The high floor on the south side of the building has a great view of downtown Dallas.

Be aware: There are multiple complaints that the customer service here is very poor. Roaches and mold have been reported. People live at this hotel for very long periods of time. There are many outdated rooms here so be sure and request a remodeled room.
