Tucked between the hotel and the residences, the 10, 000 square-foot Dallas flagship of the acclaimed Exhale brand (which also has outposts in New York City, Los Angeles, and Miami, among others) offers a full menu of spa services for the face and body, as well as signature core fusion and yoga classes, and a Mind Body gym. Guests of The Highland enjoy access to the classes and facilities (extra charges may apply); in-room and poolside massages can also be arranged. Exhale highlights include:

Fitness Center / Pool

In between meetings and sightseeing, take time to enjoy our on-site workout and relaxation facilities. Located on the second floor, and looking out over our serene courtyard, the complimentary 24-hour Fitness Center is stocked with state-of-the-art LifeFitness treadmills, ellipticals and recumbent bikes, as well as weight machines, a ballet bar, balance balls, and yoga and stretching accessories. (Fitness classes at the adjacent Exhale Spa are available for an additional fee.) Also on the second floor, the heated infinity pool - exclusive and complimentary to Highland guests - measures 47 feet long, 17 feet wide, and 4 feet deep, making it perfect for swimming laps. An adjacent hot tub is made for relaxation, as are the chaise loungers, tableside seating, and private cabanas that ring the pool. Enhance your leisure time with dishes from Knife's poolside menu, or book an in-cabana massage to let the therapists expert hands - and the Dallas sunshine - melt away any remaining tension.
