Fantastic five bedroom modern home in premier Bristol location available to rent for a minimum of a week for guests or by the day for film/photog shoots (prices vary).
The sleeping accommodation consists of two double bedrooms and two large single bedrooms and a further single room. There are three en suite bathrooms and a family bathroom. The rental quoted is for 8 people, all on real beds. One of the beds slides out from beneath one of the singles. All towels and linen supplied, including for the pool.
On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen dining area leading to a living room and home office. Next to this is a fully functional utility and cloak room area. Wrapping round the entire back of the house is a jaw dropping cliff top veranda with stunning views over the Avon Gorge.
The house boasts a gym and games room equipped with powerplate, running machine, exercise bike, pool table, table football and Xbox. There is a heated outdoor swimming pool (open summer months only) and hot tub (available all year round) overlooking the gardens which lead down the cliff to private walks through Woodland Trust land. The two acre garden also provides a zip wire and treehouse playroom (fully heated) with a drum kit and guitars. Not forgetting several free range chicken providing fresh eggs daily!
There is free wifi Internet access by the pool area and inside the house. There is cable TV with TIVO in the sitting room and master bedroom and free view TVs in three other bedrooms, the gym and the kitchen.
Huntersdale is in the Sneyd Park area of Bristol minutes from the huge flat grassy area called 'the downs' - a popular jogging spot. Sneyd Park is a suburb lying on the western fringe of Clifton Down, adjacent to the Avon Gorge and the Sea Walls observation point. The Number 40 bus stop is a five minute walk away and goes into town. There is also parking for three or four cars at the house.
Our family friend, Lena, lives in a separate flat in the basement with her partner. She can be available to do some laundry and light cleaning by negotiation. She is a brilliant cook and may provide meals or babysit if required at an additional cost.
