Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Spa is not heating or tripping breaker, spa has a leak are some of the most common problem with spas.

Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.

A. We have completed putting old spa into a new cabinet, now it looks like customer has a new spa!
We replaced a pump for a jetted bathtub, customer very happy that they can use their jetted bathtub again.
Customer had a older spa system, pumps had to be replaced and put a salt water system in for customer. Now customer is so happy with their wonderful silky feeling water!

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. We have been in business for over 15 years, we are highly recommended, can provide references. We are a factory warranty center for some of your top name brands such as Jacuzzi, Sundance, Dynasty, Premium Leisure, Jacuzzi whirlpool, etc. We warranty our work and our equipment. We also welcome insurance work.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Shop around for a recommended Spa repair company, there is so many here today gone tomorrow companies. Also if your mechanically inclined some repairs you can do yourself by troubleshooting your spa, give us a call and we can help.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. What does your service estimate cost, what does it entail and if there are any codes on the display, what do they mean? What is the warranty on your parts and labor.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. If you spa is reading FLO check your cartridge filter, take the cartridge filter out when spa is off, turn spa on and if error code FLO disappears the filters need to be cleaned or replaced.
Also if spa does not come on check your GFCI make sure it is not tripped, if it is push it all the way back then forward to make sure it is in right position!

A. We love our customers and providing them with excellent service and sales. We thrive on making our customers happy, because everyone knows a happy customer is a customer for life. Spas are a excellent source of relaxation, therapy and tranquility !

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. There are a couple of latest developments in our field such as a salt water system for your spa. Salt water systems are designed to produce crystal clean, silky soft water that won't leave you with red irritated eyes and itchy skin.
Also another new product is a program to be able to control the functions of your spa from your cell phone, which is amazing!
